Vendor-neutral implementation design · schema v0.4 Alpha
Make the decision system explicit before choosing the system.
Continue from a completed Decisagent Fit diagnosis, answer a concise design interview, and leave with a portable specification for evidence, alternatives, objectives, constraints, uncertainty, authority, human control, trace, evaluation, interfaces, failure controls, implementation, and build/buy discovery.
Public deterministic workflow reviewed · 2026-08-30
The local path produces a validated, reviewable skeleton without a model. It is intentionally less synthesized: unknowns, open questions, proposed material, and unapproved human decisions remain visible for correction and later confirmation.

Design Alpha requires a validated v0.4 Fit basis so its authority and maturity boundaries are explicit. The file is parsed locally and never uploaded during import.
What this artifact is—and is not
The specification is an implementation-design proposal from user-supplied context. It is not a legal opinion, domain approval, procurement recommendation, deployment authorization, product classification, or proof of organizational capability. It keeps recommendation, authorization, execution, and observed outcome separate. Inspect the governing methodology in a new tab ↗
Accepted intelligence only
Product matches, when available, are attached only after deterministic validation from Decisagent’s current human-accepted public artifact. Candidate research and model-suggested vendors are excluded even when the accepted corpus is empty.
