What you can report
- Factual correction: a moved source, inaccurate excerpt, scope mismatch, contradictory primary evidence, or conclusion that exceeds its evidence.
- Methodology question: a criterion, authority boundary, uncertainty posture, or maturity interpretation that needs explanation.
- Vendor inclusion or correction interest: a primary source or exact product scope Decisagent should consider as candidate research—not a request to purchase placement or a classification.
- Product feedback: a reproducible issue or suggestion about Fit, Decision Design, accessibility, privacy, or exports.

Email the product-scoped corrections channel. Use a nonconfidential subject, identify the report type, link to public evidence where relevant, and explain the smallest reproducible issue. Do not include private decision text, customer records, credentials, personal information, or confidential source material.

What happens next
- The report becomes product or research input, not an automatic edit.
- Research corrections create candidate evidence at an exact scope.
- Changed prerequisites invalidate dependent accepted classifications until review.
- An accountable human accepts, rejects, leaves unresolved, or requests more research.
- Accepted changes create a durable profile revision and flow to the public projection.
